Thankyou for the excellent service I received today, 1st September 2020 whilst in your store. I brought in a very tangled up gold chain. I had been to multiple jewelry stores asking if they could untangle but with time restraints they declined to help. I was about to buy another 200 dollar gold chain because i was thinking it was a lost cause, when the sales assistant in charge offered to help and when out of her way, above and beyond to detangle with success. I would recommend this store highly. Regards Andrea
