Very help spare parts staff and good salesmen

I purchased a brand new Hino FM500 the engine light come on within 40km after I picked it up.I was told it would be at least 2 and a half weeks before someone would look at it if they had time in the afternoon. Hino have no support for their product lucky I wasn’t on the side of the road waiting for someone to come and have a look.No product support I definitely won’t be purchasing another Hino with an out come like this on a brand new truck in recommend looking elsewhere for better customer service in warranty.

I cant believe I have to give 1 star to comment because this dealership doesn't even deserve that!!! Three seperate occasions from three different people in the service department that have never returned my call and had left me stranded on the side of the road. Obviously this Company could not give a flying" about their service they provide so CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST PLACE FOR REPAIRS ON A 2003 HINO DUTRO IN PERTH?. And when its time to upgrade..........Isuzu here i come!!!!"

I purchased a secondhand light rigid truck from Rob Sfiligoy. The service I received was outstanding and I would highly recommend WA Hino for new and used trucks.The truck I selected was not ready for sale but Rob ensured a full safety inspection was conducted and minor services completed. I was thankful all the repairs that were completed. The truck was presented really well and everything that I was promised was delivered. Helpful, good work, makes you feel welcome

As usual the service department let's the product down badly. Left my truck there all day for a fault. They call me and say that there is no fault on the vehicle when they checked it. Driving back to my base it faulted twice. Tried to call service department and eventually left a message to get a call back. There was no reply. Next day contacted service department and was advised to leave the vehicle again all day . As the vehicle is required for my business I declined this as they did nothing to retify the problem when leaving it all day previously. The service department needs to lift it's game in regards to customer service. At present it is very low. As you are the only approved Hino dealer in Perth metro area this is very frustrating and ends up costing the customer money in downtime unnecessarily.
