My Therapy Crew

I have been a little slack in writing this review, but I am very glad that I have remembered and am now able to do it. I visited Judy on a matter not related to My OT, and she asked me how an issue with my left hand, arm and shoulder was going. I expressed how I was finding it increasingly difficult and that I had recently stopped the treatment I was receiving as it was incredibly painful and only seemed to make it worse. Judy suggested I try her new Physio (at the time) and although I was reluctant I agreed.Jonathan proved to be very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the questions he asked which demonstrated his desire to understand my situation and how it was affecting me. He 'tested' my mobility & levels of comfort with a number of exercises which were quite manageable.After this, he gave me two very easy (although seemingly foolish) exercises to try. I did these at the scheduled times and when I returned for my second appointment I was able to report that I now had next to no pain, improved mobility, and no numbness. Considering how I was before seeing Jonathan, this was no small miracle.I have recommended Jonathan and My OT Crew to a number of people now, and have no hesitations in suggesting you use them too. I found all of the staff, attentive, compassionate, caring and professional.
