I had a great customer experience from Tia. I called up to check availability on the Xbox Series S and they had a few in stock and she was willing to keep one aside, I called again asking about lay-bys (which I didn’t need in the end) phone always answered straight away. When I arrived to the store hours later she remembered the call and brought it straight out and made the trade in process super easy, I was in and out very quickly. It’s a busy time of year for retail and Tia was multi tasking beautifully! Very professional and exceptional customer service.

Poor product knowledge and a real lack of interest in my enquiries. I then went to big w had all questions answered and then made an over $600 purchase, as they knew what it was I getting at and had patience with me in relation to the console and games I was after.Was amazed that the store manager at this location wasn't interested in helping me. Especially needed much advise as I had never owned a gaming platform for over 17 yrs

Great little shop gets busy but huge variety of games of all types playstation xbox pc etc etc plus extras like steering wheels pedals massive display of there secondhand games from as low as $3 I seen far cheaper than new plus they trade games buy second hand & sell second hand consoles buys sells phones also good little shop that full friendly staff that will ask you if you need things unlike some shops.could not fault to be honest.

Tia and Michael are absolutely amazing staff. They are really knowledgeable and always happy to help out and discuss the products and options etc. They are always friendly and welcoming as well. EB games are lucky to have these guys representing them.
