I contacted Frances and booked in an appointment for the following day. My computer suffered a failed hard drive and she had a new SSD drive put in the following day. Frances gave great advice and the service was fantastic! My computer is running so much better now, considering it’s a 2009 iMac 24 inch. Highly recommend this company!

My 2019 MacBook Pro died suddenly. I took it to an authorised Mac dealer/repairer in Carlton who charged me $100 to tell me it would cost more than $1200 to replace the logic board and that I should throw it away and buy a new one. Luckily, I found IT-Tech who repaired my logic board in two days and returned my computer to me better than before. I'm amazed at the service provided at IT-Tech. Mac dealers will tell you Mac logic boards can't be repaired but IT-Tech can repair them. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable rate. Don't throw your Mac away, take it to IT-Tech! Save yourself money and save computers going to landfill. Frances was so friendly, kind and helpful. I'm so grateful I found IT-Tech.

Frances was good to deal with and very personable. Our local dealer couldn't help without sending it back to Apple and potentially losing all of the data. Once IT Tech received the notebook it was repaired and back within a week via Aus Post. Excellent service!

I'm so thankful for Francis and her husband for the work they do. They were professional in every way. Francis called me when she said and said they'd had numerous issues with my Macbook Air because the USB-C had shorted. They continued working on it and I got it back tonight. All my data, 100% working. I had been told by MByte in Fitzroy that they needed to replace the logic board but IT-Tech came through. I'm so thankful to them.

Frances was extremely helpful in repairing my daughter's MacBook Air - screen replacement. It was repaired the same day we dropped it off. The keyboard light wasn't working when we picked it up but that was resolved the next week at no cost. The cost for the new screen and new battery was 2/3rd of the price of a new computer but it was worth it to be able to be working with it the same day.

Highly recommended! Water Damaged MacBook Pro 2021 M1 chip fixed within two days with affordable price :) !!! I brought my MacBook Pro to Apple Store and repair shop in Melbourne. However, most of them suggested to change to a new one especially the logic board is pretty much damaged by liquid. Frances team had certified and professional engineer that helped me to changed the logic board and screen sensor. Appreciated the engineer never give spirit! Everything solved like a magic! I saved so much (still a university student). Thank you~

Last year I spilled a whole cup of boiling tea directly onto the keyboard of my new laptop. At first, I went to the Genius bar at Apple and they quoted me the same amount as a new laptop and told me it was impossible to fix and that I had lost everything. When I thought all hope was lost, I found IT-Tech Online and I'm so grateful I did! I didn't lose any data from my laptop and it's working as though nothing ever happened months later. I'm so so so grateful to Frances for fixing this for me and the quick turnaround was just a bonus. IT-Tech deserve every 5 star rating they receive!!!!
