This was my first time purchasing my own brand new car. As someone with little knowledge on cars, Melissa was extremely helpful with explaining things in a way I would understand. She is super friendly and SUPER efficient!I'm glad to have had Melissa assist me because she always put my needs first. I received outstanding service from Janet at Peter Warren Suzuki when I brought my dads car in for a service. I had a few questions and issues that needed addressing and she listened to everything I had to say and resolved all my concerns. Would definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Most unreliable business / people with as much lack of responsibility as each other.Purchased a brand new car late last year from the other side of NSW. Communication and delivery went well until all the funds came through for the car, all I received was complete disregard after this.This business sold me a demo model / new car without transferring this car into my name, nor letting me know that they did not complete this. No transfer papers were received at purchase, and for all I knew that they handled this part of the deal, as a dealership is expected to. They did not once try and make me aware of the fact that I was driving around an unregistered vehicle for months until I contacted them about a $1408 fine I had received for this offence. The only way I knew this car was unregistered was from the police officer.When making them aware of what had happened no one took any ownership and tried to say that I had agreed on this, when that is completely false. Instead I’ve had to go through the process of getting the car re-registered, with roadworthy’s and new plates as this business lacked the decency to let me know that not even had they failed to do what I had requested and paid them for, but even just making me aware that the registration needed to be transferred ASAP as well the fact that it was running out.If you want to be $4000+ out of pocket after just buying a brand new car, I recommend looking here.

Wouldn't waste my time buying a Suzuki again or recommending Suzuki to friends or family. The service department at Peter Warren is a joke. Rude, failed to help, provided incorrect information and failed to address the problem. Further, the so called road assist they offer after a service is little more than a towing company for when their cars break down. I would have thought had a safety issue arisen within a week of the car being serviced, that they would have made genuine attempts to rectify the issue quickly. Particularly, as the issue was not present prior to the service. It is doubly frustrating since they charged well in excess of a fix priced service. I would recommend going else where. We have had multiple issues having cars serviced by Peter Warrren.

Absolutely amazing experience from Mel at Peter Warren Suzuki, the process was easy and no hassle and I’m absolutely in love with my 2022 Suzuki Vitara Turbo! I highly recommend

Last service was clumsy and carless. My tyres had nitrogen valves on them. After picking the car up, the next day I realised two were missing and when asked about them, they said they couldn't find them and added regular valves. My Logbook was not signed either and I had to check on that too. I dropped my car early in the morning for an early pick up and ended up waiting for it to be finished for about an hour even after arriving by the pickup bus. Not sure If I am coming back for my next service.

Drove an hour to get car serviced, waited half hour, they overbooked and couldn’t start working on the car for two hours, so drove an hour home. Waste of time. Terrible service. You can get your car serviced with genuine parts from a decent place without voiding warranty, I’m definitely doing this next time

They outsource labor to subies hanging around the office in the morning.They ordered the wrong parts but didn't tell us until we went to pick up the car. Suzuki Swift MK8 2018 Front Radar Sensor Contol Unit Module 33943-52R00 for a whopping $2000 +GSTin less than a year the Radar sensor failed but because there is No warranty they charge another $400They are almost impossible to get on the phone. Don't reply to emails. Be very carefully if you don't want to be greatly inconvenienced and ripped off by this mob.
