if there was zero star rating I would give them that they are disrespectful, talk down there nose to you if you are with them Chang to a different provider but be careful when they find out they cut your payments also they never answer their phone

One of the worst I’ve been to no organisation never answer there phone u find a job they carnt help because nothing set up yet because they have ticket the boxes as a job network to be able to help and 80 percent of there workers are on Centrelink them selves

Had a Pleasant experience with the team having transferred from another JSP. Professional and Friendly staff were able to pinpoint my strengths and customise a Study plan into my search which enabled and guided me to my current arrangements at a Private practice for Training. The wrap around support of my Coach and Health and Well being Mentor has given me the confidence to pursue a career in the Private health sector. 5/5 although an improvement could be the wait times for appointments. All around Professional and Friendly staff with a holistic approachable demeanour.
