Ordered through Bunnings, turn around from enquiry-measure-goahead/pay-install about 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, easy to work with, well priced.The benchtop looks phenomenal in 40mm 'crystal white'

Essential Stone are great. We were renovating the kitchen ourselves and knew very little about the preparations needed for stone benchtops. We needed three , one in a cooking area, one in a sink area and one used as a bar top.Essential Stone provided us with the best construction advice and when they came for the measure and final quote the small final touches made the design very professional. Delivery was quoted as six weeks and the tops arrived on time. Installation by the crew was quick and efficient. They were excellent and gave us more information on cleaning and maintenance too. We love our benchtops and appreciate the great service at all stages from Essential Stone

These guys were great. From start to finish. They sent someone out to measure up within days of organising the bench top. When they came out to fit the top they were so professional, it was a top job couldn't even see the joins and also fitted my sink before they left. Excellent service from all staff.

The measurer came to our house & was a wealth of knowledge , helpful & friendly great learning from him. The stone was cut very promptly & delivered with installers that knew exactly what they were doing & did a great job. Every stage of this process went very smoothly & the finished bench tops are fabulous.

We absolutely love our new marble bench tops. Installers were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to have our benches installed on the day as promised. A huge thank you!

Essential Stone installed my granite kitchen benchtops and an island bench with waterfall edges. My benches look spectacular and my island bench is stunning. The tradesmen that did my installation were very professional and did a wonderful job. They were due to be installed the day after we went into lockdown which delayed them for 4 weeks however as soon as restrictions were lifted they came within a few days and completed the job. Their communication with me was excellent and I can't fault their workmanship.

Fast & Efficient service. Guys were excellent from start to finish and even accommodated our request to fastrack job due to little kids at home to minimize time without functional kitchen.Purchased Crystal white bench 40 mm & very happy with the product.

We could not fault essential stone from the receptionist at the factory to the day they came to measure up. Pete arrived exactly on time each time he came and the they installed the bench I couldn’t fault them. I would definitely recommend essential stone to anyone, they are fantastic.

This is my experience with the company:1: 6 months from payment to install2: benchtop arrived with several mistakes; both appliance cutouts were very inaccurately measured and one edge was not chamfered as specified requiring a second install date after several days of a working kitchen being out of action.3: benchtop not only arrived & installed covered in toxic silica dust, but the poor install workers themselves were dry-cutting and grinding parts of the benchtop on site spraying further dust over the house and themselves. This is clearly a health and safety violation for them to be doing this not only to themselves but to their customers, it shouldn’t require on site cutting.4: essential stone completely stonewalled my request to provide the benchtop cutouts (which I paid for, and also paid for them to cutout at factory). After me insisting that those cutouts were my property and I was happy to pick them up they blatantly lied and just they were quote: “ lost/broken or something”. They evidently sell these cutouts that people have paid for on the side for extra profit.This company has been incredibly incompetent, dishonest/greedy as well as being belligerent in terms of their works and customers safety. I work in the trade industry and this isn’t normal.

Essential Stone installed my kitchen bench professionally and in time as promised. The installers were caring and polite and took great care while working. They left the premises clean and tidy.
