Seaton Place - McKenzie Aged Care
Would highly recommended looking into another aged care facility. McKenzie in Victoria where they are based is a far stretch from local operations. If your keen as a family to deal with agency staff which I would suggest at 50%+ and no one following care plans feel free. Mum was here for three years and continual change of staff and lack of care is abounds.Some good staff such as Blessing,Caroline and Sarah but apart from that I wish you well if you would like your loved one looked after.

Seaton place is such a beautiful aged care facility. The staff are amazing and a recent tour we were part of was informative and professional. The staff were all so friendly and really seemed happy and interested to interact with their residents. The food was amazing and all made on site which is amazing for 128 residents with different food requorements.The openess of this facility is welcoming and inviting. Definitely a must to tour for your loved ones. Well done McKenzie Group!!

Seaton Place - McKenzie Aged Care
I visited a friend of mine who suddenly had to go into Residential Care who was still in shock at the change. The place is brand new and very clean with wide hallways I found my friend in the dining room ready for lunch which arrived soon after I did. It looked like a good small Roast meal. There is plenty of off street parking at the back on the left side of the building entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is listed as being on Smith Street but actually the front entrance is on Bay Street. Many months later my friend is still here and though happy enough still wishes for his own home and missing his independence.

Terrible food for the residents, which could be improved so easily.... Plus they don't shave my stepfather very often and he always looks messy and unkempt which is sad for us to see. Sorry, but this is the truth and we say something every time we visit him...

Seaton Place - McKenzie Aged Care
An absolute disgrace. Unsuitable for residents with coeliac disease and allergies. We removed our loved one on day five as the facility was unsafe. Our loved one was given contaminated food three times in five days, despite family and dietician interventions. Meals were missed, weight was lost, illness was not reported to family or doctor. The care was not adequate, we were sent a bill and not contacted with any explanation for the sub par care.

Seaton Place is a beautiful aged care facility and it's very well maintained. My mum just loves living here and joining her new friends at meal times every day. She reckons she's being well looked after in every respect.

Seaton Place Aged Care facility in Cleveland is very modern, very tidy, with helpfull staff to be at your side, as soon as they're called.The atmosphere there is very pleasant with spacious entertainment areas & several eating areas as well. The residents rooms that I saw, had it's own furniture such as a bed ensuite
