I am not usually a patient here but managed to book in for myCovid vaccination. The receptionists were lovely despite being overwhelmed with constant calls and walk ins for the vaccine. I understand some of the negative reviews by other people as I will admit the Drs’ demeanors were not warm and cuddly. That being said the dr who gave me both my shots was, I believe, Dr Law and I had no issues. She was no nonsense and focused on the job at hand. It was a pretty efficient set up and I commend the Drs there working so hard to do their part during the pandemic. They deserve recognition for doing their part.

You can’t please everyone so I’m glad some people are staying away from our wonderful Dr Billie. She has saved my life with her persistence and commitment to finding the problem. She had never given up on my daughters mental health, has been mediator with us and my ex partner, done basic procedures rather than me ho to hospital and visited me in hospital. Her staff are most caring and helpful though so busy.So you may wait a while at times but Dr Billie is worth it…. Like I said, stay away, she’s mine!

These guys are great. I walked in for a booster shot and they were so accommodating. The practice is run with a smile and the doctors are so lovely and although I’m not a fan of needles, the doctor gave me such an easy injection I didn’t even know it was in my arm. Thanks guys and thanks for rescheduling me at a moments notice :)

This medical centre. The worst and the rudeness I have ever experienced!! And racist!!I booked appointment for the vaccine at the beginning they never asked me if I have Medicare or Private health insurance.I went there this morning. And the receptionist said I couldn’t get the vaccine because I have a private health insurance. The lady wearing a glasses with dark hair came to see me, and telling me that they cannot give me the vaccine. With humble myself and asked her why, she just respond they cannot.I told her I don’t understand when the government forcing people to get vaccinated.And her response was (with her armed crossed ) “Who are you?” In front of other people. I was shocked the way she asked me this question.I never been treated like this before. Whoever the lady who’s in charge and so rude to me.By how you treated people is showing how the person you are. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE RUDE!! This is absolutely how you carry yourself, you present yourself to others and that’s disgusting!! Your rudeness and arrogant is another level!! I hope you have peace!!And after I read some reviews from others no wonder, many people had bad experience too. I should check the review before even to think to make an appointment with this medical centre/GP. Yes I agree what other people said “Stay away from this place” many GP way much better and will treat you good rather than this place.and respect you the way who you are.

Worst experience in a medical practise ever - was kept waiting for over 40 minutes with no apology whilst the poor over worked receptionist was trying to manage the chaos of the grubby waiting room. Then finally went in for Covid Jab with Doctor - no word of apology from her either for the delay. The Doctor had zero bedside manner or manners for that matter and was extremely rude in the way that she spoke 'at' me. Never again - I should have read the google reviews before I made my appointment.

Dr Billie Whiteson is the most thorough and caring GP I have come across. I trust her with the most important medical issues for my family. She has taken time to help me diagnose autoimmune issues when other doctors including specialists failed me. She is proactive in reminding you to get regular breast/skin checks etc, and always refers to appropriate specialists. We travel quite a way to see her but it is worth it, knowing she will provide the ultimate care for me and my children. There are many GPs out there who are only good for a quick prescription, she is not one of them. And her service can be booked via Health Engine app which is super convenient.

I was very impressed with the service I received during the first visit, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I made my second appointment to have the Implant NXT put in. The doctor was running 30 minutes late and arrived without an apology. She then asked whether I was having the IUD done... Clearly, she wasn't prepared or read any of the notes from the first appointment. The doctor herself, gave me a script for the Implanon. I was really stressed about the procedure, as never used any contraceptives before. The fact that she had no idea what I was there for, made it worse. The room where the procedure took place wasn't prepared and the reception staff seemed busy sorting out her lunch and getting milk for the practice.The doctor said I looked really worried and anxious, yes I was, but you don't say it to someone who is stressed. It's similar to telling someone who is really upset that they look as if they are about to cry. It stressed me out even more, so I asked the doctor to get on with the procedure. At that point, I should have simply left.All I needed was the care and professional, prepared staff. I felt the procedure was rushed and caused unnecessary distress. I am not too sure whether the procedure was carried out properly either. It's been 3 weeks and my arm still hurts. I get pins and needles and numbness especially at nighttime. All these side effects were never mentioned prior.After the procedure the doctor rushed away then while I was paying for the appointment she asked me whether I wanted to get my PAP smear test done. Perhaps reception is not the best place to discuss these private matters.All in all, I am very disappointed with the service I received during the second visit and would stay away from the practice.

The absolute worst GP clinic I have ever been to. If you want the best for your own health and well-being, do yourselves a favour and stay away from this place.

I've seen Dr Whiteson for years. She was the only one who took me seriously when I was struggling with autoimmune issues, and she helped me get the condition diagnosed and treated, which has literally changed my life. I saw her throughout my whole pregnancy and she's been my daughter's doctor ever since she was born. I can't speak highly enough of her. The only thing I can fault is that she is often late for appointments and you sort of need to expect that she will be running over time. For me, that's worth it knowing that she'll do a thorough job and not brush me off as most other GPs have done in the past. We now travel from the Central Coast to see her if there's anything that requires more than a quick appointment.

I have been seeing Billie for more than 10 years now at this and other previous practices. She’s always been great with me and my family, and picked up my coeliac diagnosis early years ago. I’ve referred a couple of others who have found her good too. She is sometimes running late but I now call ahead to check on this beforehand- and I don’t mind that she charges- I guess if you’re in demand then that speaks for itself.
