Had a really bad experience with janine. I got a terrible chemical burn. My brows were red raw, burning, skin peeling off and hairs falling out. I approached the owner and felt extremely gaslit and dismissed. She tried telling me it didn't happen and i didn't know what i was talking about. Super disappointing. I'd recommend people avoid this salon. :(
