Paul has been incredibly helpful during our recent dryer malfunction. Although it's a condenser dryer which he advised he does not work with, he still went to the trouble to contact Electrolux for me to figure out what the error code meant, and called me back to explain the likely issue and provide advice about the next steps. I really appreciate the time he took to help us out! Thank you!!

I needed to have my washing machine repaired and searched for someone reasonably local. Paul's information came up so I rang. Paul couldn't have been more helpful, discussed the machine, its age and repair v replacement. He came and had a look and the machine was fully functioning within 3 days (needed parts). Very pleased to recommend this gentleman who is prompt, efficient and just downright nice. Thanks Paul!

Where I would have needed two days off from work based on other service providers, Paul attentively diagnosed my issue over the phone and repaired my oven on the same day.
