Nicole was excellent. She did a very thorough clean and exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail.

I chose Maid2Match cleaning services for my elderly aunt, who is intellectually disabled and not managing with her own cleaning. They are an approved NDIS registered provider.Lisa who will be my aunts regular cleaner, was very friendly, personable, and happy to listen to all my aunts needs.The clean Lisa provided was very thorough, leaving me with peace of mind knowing my aunts home is in good hands.All communication with Maid2Match, including email and phone has been wonderful, very efficient and professional.I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of cleaning services.

Cancelled our clean with 5 hours notice, with no time to arrange another cleaner prior to selling the house. Customer service was no help with arranging an alternative. Unreliable. 10/10 would not recommend. Understand staff get sick, but don’t accept bookings you don’t have capacity to cover.

They simply took my money, did not show up to perform the service and were unable to be contacted. Would give 0 stars if possible

I booked an end of lease clean with this company a few weeks in advance. I got a text message late at night asking to reschedule the clean. Being a bond clean, it’s very hard to reschedule and you think by booking through a reputable company, that you would be able to rely on them.I wouldn’t recommend this company.
