The Bay Window is such a great shop, full of quality sewing, craft and gifts. Heather is so helpful and friendly. I (Lucy) really enjoy going in there and picking her brain, sharing ideas and then being proud of the results she helps me achieve with my own sewing and craft with my children. A great range of products at a very affordable price!

Heather offers a great range of arts and craft products for all ages. Our family has loved the 'Crafting for Kids' on her shop facebook page each week, has been great to keep the kids entertained during these fun times at home recently. We have also ordered some craft packs and they came fully packed with lots of fun activities suited to my kids ages. Very professional and friendly service - thanks Heather we will certainly be back for more craft supplies in the near future!

Fantastic craft supplies and amazing service. Heather at the Bay Window is so friendly & helpful. I phoned and asked for a craft pack to be created for my little girl to keep her busy during the Covid-19 crisis and Heather provided me with multiple options. The pack was wonderful and my little girl loved creating things with the supplies.

Heather makes the most gorgeous hand knitted beanies, scarves, jumpers & more - if you’re lucky enough you may even see her spinning her own wool or knitting a creation while you’re there. She hand dyes her wool too - so talented!Picked up a few cute hats for my nieces and nephews.

Great to see an Australian business owned and run by one incredibly knowledgeable lady called Heather. Her place is a must visit for visitors to Kangaroo Island Island and locals alike plenty of craft, patchwork, sewing, quality gifts, cards and much more. Great 'one to one' customer service is offered with expertise on all products. I just love the variety of gifts, there is something for everyone. With online shopping now available, what more could you ask for, 5 stars from me :)

The Bay Window is the best place to shop for craft supplies. Heather has the most amazing customer service and will help in any way she can. Her supplies are of the best quality and she can order things in that she doesn't have in stock. I have always found what I need for every type of craft I do in her store
