Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I have attempted several times over weeks to get an invoice emailed to me.Every time I call, I have to ring over 30-40 times in a day. Not exaggerating. They never answer the phone, no matter what time of day it is.When I have gotten through to someone, it has been an older gentleman that sounds like he has no idea what he is doing. I am told the invoice will be sent through & have still not received anything. Then starting the cycle of calling 40+ times again.Reading the other reviews, it does not seem worth it in the end. Was glad I cancelled.

Very average. I paid for a Ensuite which I think was more the budget room. Ants were everywhere and Into everything. Window seals looked like they had been missed the last couple years and general cleaning just wasn't there. Pretty disappointed and won't be back.

Good place with a great atmosphere everyone so friendly Troy especially goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable and acomadated for would definitely stay again thankyou

Rooms were clean, basic. Toilet and shower good. Off street parking. Very helpful.
