Purchased a replacement blade from Peninsula Saws for an older model bandsaw that my daughter recently bought. Had some issues, so we took in the new blade and bandsaw, to sort out the problem. The service was AMAZING. There was a bit of tweaking of the blade, but more importantly, my daughter got some tips on blade adjustments, general bandsaw safety, and ongoing maintenance. Have dealt with Rene and staff over the last few months since the business changed hands. All I can say is that considering my low-volume consumption of bandsaw blades and my minimal spend, everyone I've dealt with in this company has done their best to help me out.End result is I am using blades now that last around 6-8 times longer and only cost a fraction more than the manufacturers' blade.In one instance they even made up some blades for me so that I could have them for a weekend of work - and made sure I got them before the shop closed for the week.I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and my numerous friends in the fabrication and engineering industry will all have my recommendation after dealing with the new owners.Thanks again guys.
