I was once a regular client looking after a fleet of taxis. I was treated well. In recent times my business has declined and I have found that my lack in dealings with this company has lead the customer service to become appalling.I will no longer use Unique Batteries and Solar in Queanbeyan and not recommend them to anybody as the recent rude and arrogant experience in attitude has regrettably left me with an adverse feeling towards the management of Unique Batteries and Solar In Queanbeyan.

Car Battery decided to die without warning, Rang these guys and they sent Craig who replaced the battery much cheaper than the Mercedes Benz quote.All due care was taken by an absolute professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a single woman, it's great to know who you can depend on when things go pear shaped. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this business.

The only battery supplier that I trust. Drive in, get your new battery fitted and drive out. As it happens I have done two 120ah agm's, 1 Mercedes Benz and 1 Kia Carnival, 1 80 series, just in the past 6 months. The advice is always spot on, prices are fair and the service is fast. Highly recommended from a very long time customer.

I needed a new car battery this morning and Greg instantly arranged it. Craig turned up to my driveway and replaced the battery in minutes. I am so impressed with this company and can highly recommend them!!

Called these guys after my battery died. I live out of town and NRMA quoted me $325 for the battery and a $110 call our fee. Craig came all the way out (a 30 minute drive) and only charged me $265. He was quick, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend these guys if you need any assistance with a battery.

Got a heavy duty battery for Ford 2012 XR6 NA,that was several years ago and battery is still going strong,not having owned a modern car with modern computers and electrics before i thought i would change myself,lucky the guys at Unique Batteries asked about how i would replace it,because i did not know you need to keep computer safe whilst you change a new car battery. they were happy to do it for me free of charge and i definitely recommend to others Unique Batteries.
