Due to relocating we were in a position of having to sell our dream home. Working within the real estate industry ourselves, we were looking for specific things within our choice of agent, 1 being negotiation skills. By no means was he the cheapest agent or the agent with highest appraisal price, but he was the most knowledgeable, honest and realistic agent. Dan had our dream home sold prior to going to the market at a price we did not believe we could achieve. Every step of the way we knew Dan was working for us as our agent, not for our buyer and he was wanting to get us the best possible price he could and that indeed he did! Dan kept us informed throughout the entire process, took control of things we didn't have time to handle and overall made the entire experience stress free. We can not thank you enough Dan!

We were extremely sick of the pressure and mail drops received by this company to inspect and list our house. My husband spoke directly to Dan Clarke and was very clear that we weren’t selling and they were to remove our names off any mailing lists etc as we felt harassed. Today on our driveway WITH OUR NAMES ON IT FOR ALL TO SEE was yet another brochure…Dan Clarke, have some respect.
