The worse experience of my life!! Enter at your own risk. I have long hair and asked for a trim only as I wanted to keep the length. She hacked right into my hair and i left with short hair!! When i told her that was not a trim she said it was- so practically cutting 15-20cm of your hair is considered a trim! I went from long to almost a bob! I am furious. Worse is that they knew I was dissatisfied with their services and proceeded to charge me $30??? Wow. I dont think these people are qualified at all. Would not be going back ever!!
