Receptionist is very rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Doesn’t answer the phone politely. Received a registered letter with invoice and due payment date that’s actually out of date so made no sense. As this service is through insurance I told the receptionist that they are handling it and she then responded with “we haven’t had any contact with insurance.” - this was an absolute lie.
