A very nice person to interact with. Listened and documented problems I was having and messaged me when work was completed. Big bonus was having work done within the time I was in town so I did not have to travel back to collect. 5hr round trip is significant. Also warranty period for work. Highly recommended.

What great knowledge and lovely service. I had a 100 year old Singer serviced here. As well as a 10 year old Brother repaired and serviced. Laurie was happy to patiently explain how to maintain the machines and how to use the old Singer machine (the original instruction book was not very user friendly). Thanks Laurie.
