Allan has performed miracles on multiple occasions for us and is such an honest and genuine person who tells it like it is, and wants to the customer to have a timeless and stunning piece of jewellery that will last your whole life and not break apart. Will definitely keep coming back here - like so many other locals have for decades.

What an amazing experience I had today! I called this morning with an urgent request and Alan and Sandy were so helpful and took such great care of me. Amazing customer service and made my entire week so much better. Thank you so so much! Your team are so awesome and if I could give you 6 stars I would.

STAY AWAY useless muppets when it comes to expensive jewellery. Wrecked my daughters Tiffany bracelet due to in competence. To top it off staff were rude to my wife when she called. If only I could give zero stars that would be all this place would deserve.

Terrible service. They were great resizing my engagement ring twice for me.BUT my fiancé went to them and chose a ring from their cabinet to be made for his size in silver.What they delivered was atrocious and not what my fiancé ordered. Alan tried telling him it was what he asked for. They don’t even sell the ring that they “ made” it looked like humpty dumptys wall.With a few smart mouth comments from Allan he agreed to fix the ring.Our wedding is tomorrow and they knew this.He has picked up the ring today that they agreed to make that he originally asked for. Again it’s nothing like it. An absolute waste of money it’s ugly and looks nothing like the wedder he asked for. It was pretty simple ring and both times they produced a ring they don’t even sell. My fiancé luckily found a ring in his size at another shop in MacArthur square for our wedding tomorrow.The attitude of Alan was disgusting and he kept saying it was what he chose. They don’t sell the ring he chose. Incredibly frustrating and absolutely wrong the attitude we have copped since January.I won’t be returning which is a real shame as normally the young guy is great. It was Alan that ruined this. His attitude was terrible. He refused to admit he got it wrong.Don’t go here for custom orders it was a waste of time and money and a lot of stress 24 hours before our wedding.They are good for resizing tho!

Dropped a job off to the boys and they had it completed in under 24 hours. Easy to chat to, showed me a few personal pieces they've made. Easy to deal with, highly recommended.

Asked Alan to make me some diamond studs for our granddaughters 1st birthday present. He got them finished despite staff absence due to Covid, working back late to get the promised items finished. Not only did he not let me down, but the earrings are absolutely beautiful, great quality and colour and a very fair price. Thank you so much Alan, very happy

Do not go repair any sentimental pieces here.Handed my mothers engagement ring here and it came back worse. I get it’s not real gold, but they returned it looking like it was worn out and used while washingEven the claps that hold the zirconia had been melted and it was not handed in at all like I saw it.

I have known Alan Evans for over 30plus years as he made bespoke pieces of Jewelry for my grandmother well over 30years ago and also for my mother.Alan is a truly professional and exceptional jeweler who always is takes the time and effort to go above and beyond and to understand what you are after.Evans and Son Jewelers are the only jewelers I have trusted to reset some precious family rings and also to make bespoke aquamarine and diamond pendants for my young daughters.I travel an hour to see Alan to have have my jewelry readjusted and a necklace fixed when my son broke the clasp. I highly recommend Alan Evans and Son as he also made my engagement and wedding ring doing an absolutely amazing job at a very fair price- thank you Alan for making so many gorgeous pieces for myself and family and for your fair pricing and care at all times.
