I've sign up about end of marchJust got the modem last week and fetch TV and a week still didn't get the internet. Already deduct 135$ dollar.He's so dishonest and didn't do the job properly. He's suck!! Don't sign up there. Stupid operator

DODO have the worst customer service only.2 months no internet and I have paid already and taken several days of annual leave for NBN appointments. When i call to voice concern they just give me the who cares not our fault attitude and are very rude when speaking to you.Called ombudsman who has agreed with me and given them a dead line which they still didn't meet, in the process of following this up.

Be careful with this service provider.I only signed up for internet but they also took money away from my account for gas and electricity without my knowledge.Worst experience!!!

The worst internet provider in Australia. I have been waiting for 2 months with no internet. Their customer service is very rude and un professional. The dodo staff should learn how to speak to customers politely and value the customer's time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Probably the worst internet provider in Australia, the only time you will receive the bare minimum that could be considered as acceptable customer service is when you're talking about money. Our family has had problems with this company for almost over a year, the internet would constantly drop out and would need to be reset and now it will not even let us go online at all, we've had this problem once before and took us over 4 hours on the phone to fix it, now we spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to fix it just for them to disconnect the line, if you're even thinking of signing a contract with this company, I recommend calling lifeline Australia first as it will put you into a state of serious depression

Terrible service ever. The guy works there offers you many things while you signing up, but when you contact dodo there will be no such service you get. Very disappointed after signing up. And they try to lock you in contract and rip you off each month with bad service. Better not to visit or sign up Dodo.
