LOVE THIS GYM! Steve and Shae are such amazing trainers as well as Ellie and Grace! Beautiful gym and the class schedule is really well timed I can always pick a class that suits me! Love love love

One of the best Hit workout gyms I’ve ever been too, always good support for anyone and everyone , very welcoming gym, would highly recommend joining. Steve and shae will be more then happy to put you through your paces and keep you on your toes.

I have been a gym jumper for many years now. But once I came across Steve and Shae at Rhythm Hiit I felt welcomed start away. Been a member at Rhythm hiit for awhile now I look at Steve and Shae not only as my trainers but as family. Great place to work out and the odd competitive game of table tennis or basketball before the workout with Steve.

The first gym I’ve ever been to that I have felt 100% comfortable but also challenged. This gym has helped me change my mindset and relationship with exercise. The trainers are approachable, knowledgeable and supportive. I couldn’t recommend this gym more ❤️

Amazing Gym. Great members and great owners/trainers who really know what they are talking about regarding fitness. If you are looking for a no fuss, impactful workout then this is the place to go!

Great gym. Made us feel welcome right from the start. New gear, great set-up and fantastic workouts. We were wanting a change in gym and to mix up our workouts. So glad we found this crew and wished we had of found them sooner :-)
