Windaroo Lakes Golf Club

The quality of food as decreased significantly over the last few months. Chicken Oscar was always my go-to but the last time I ordered it, at a staggering $31, the chicken was beaten and very thin rather than breast, the avocados brown and the prawns scarce. The next time, recently, I opted for the calamari, which used to be incredible. All of them were extremely tough to bite through, I mean on the verge of rock hard. They weren't cooked through enough from frozen. This is now an overpriced and very underwhelming restaurant which I have been loyal to in the past but I will now avoid and not recommend.

I've been here a few times during lunch and always happy with the service from start to finish. Food is fantastic and beautifully presented. The atmosphere at dinner service is welcoming and inviting. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal with friendly staff service.

Normally I am a fan of the Rib eye fillet meal from here. Always a great sized steak, and tasty meal. Last 2 x times we ordered, medium steak is black on surface, and bitter. I wish they were more careful for a $40 expensive meal! If they cooked it correctly, would rate the steaks there 10/10

A bit soggy and wet when we played, carts only on path challenging course, tee box area needs some attention, golf shop great service, bistro was also very good.

A lovely clubhouse with great views from the deck of the course. Tried the Birdie Wrap (one of the lunch specials) was perfect for a light lunch. Others around me were having the burgers- I know what I’ll be trying next. Golf course was good, well maintained, good greens, challenging. Looking forward to going back.

We've been going to Windaroo Lakes Golf Club for over 10 years and always enjoy. Service is consistently good and the meals are always very good and reasonably priced with weekly specials to keep it interesting. There's a small betting area and keno available though no pokies, the absence of which probably contributes to the family atmosphere. There's a kids play room which doesn't get busy/noisy as children mostly seem to sit at the table with their parents which is refreshing. We never hesitate to take family and friends here, safe in the knowledge that all will have a lovely meal and we fondly refer to this as our club"."

Such a fantastic place for a gorgeous lunch. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the view of the golf course from the restaurant is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our lunch.
