Beacon Lighting Warners Bay

Best Beacon store I have been to. We shopped a houseful of lights for a new house we are building. We didn't originally intend to buy from Beacon, but Brianna who served us was so knowledgeable and helpful, we made our selections over 2 visits, and received great prices.Further incentive, was that we were able to store our purchases at Beacon, as we didnt require them in the short term. We paid a deposit, then paid off the balance over some weeks.We've now collected our lights, Brianna has labelled the many boxes of lights, fans, and remotes, for each room in the house, so very helpful.All the other staff, including Adam, Lucas, and Carlie, that Ive dealt with, have also been pleasant, professional and helpful.So nice to find a store that have staff, who are knowledgeable and show genuine interest in helping customers.I highly recommend this store and the staff for an exceptional lighting and fan selection experience.

Lovely lady at the front desk, helped my wife and I pick out our new kitchen lights and down lights, and a lovely young lady even offered to pickup our lights from Gosford on her way home from school as she was working part time on the weekends could not have been more polite, Definately will return

We bought three Lucci DC remote ceiling fans, that after installation had cost nearly $1500. They work just fine, except someone else also has remote control of them. After two visits to Beacon and a call to Lucci, we are still no closer to solving the issue. Beacon and Lucci just keep telling us it's our problem. They were very quick to take the money...BUT NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO KNOW YOU.

Friendly helpful staff, great location with easy parking. Great selection of quality, well designed products. Got a great deal on a bunch of new lighting and fans, which are installed and look awesome. Just, delivery took a very, very long time.

Fantastic range from Beacon and the service is great. We recently purchased two fans and extension rods. As the electrician is fitting them we realise we have been given the wrong rod, which didn't fit. A quick call to Beacon and within thirty minutes the sales assistant has driven to our house with the extension rods. Crisis averted.

Needed a replacement light cover for a Fanaway fan & light combo. Took the broken cover into the store where the girl actually measured the diameter. Picked the replacement cover up today after waiting 2 weeks and it’s the wrong one ... how the h*** does that happen?

Fabulous and quick service. Knew exactly what I wanted and had it in stock. I'll never waste time at Bunnings again.
