If i could give this discussting excuse of a real estate a zero I would give them one big FAT ZERO!!! MANAGEMENT is extremely rude!! When i rented through here with 2 of my friends we were always somehow 3 weeks behind when we would all go in and pay our rent and extra on top and some how STILL BEHIND!! I SWEAR SOMEONE IN THIS PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND JUST SAYING YOU HAVENT COME IN TO PAY YOUR RENT! ID RATHER LIVE ON THE STREET THEN RENT WITH LATROBE PROPERTIES!!!

Extremely rude and uncooperative realestate agent and director.Requested to enter my property for inspection and repairs. They stated they cannot get hold of tenant after 2 weeks. Interestingly I called tenant and got through straight away. Refused to supply any pictures from inspections or any pictures of repairs attended to, only sending invoices to pay!Bad communication and apaling customer service. The director is a bully. They do not care about landlords and they won't tell the truth. They are playing games. The director hung up on me when I expressed my concerns.I have taken my business elsewhere.

do not even bother to talk to this so called real-estate agent, very un professional, l have been looking to buy a house in moe for 4 weeks, the manager and sale lady tried to bully me in sinning doc , even before l had a change to view the property, after l tried to make a complete to the manager on the ph l then received abusive, vulgar & harassing txt late at night . I have never come across anything like this in my life . I will never trust Lotrobe Properies to purchase a house.

Dealing with Marie, Sharon and the office team for my rental property was fantastic so professional and courteous and always kept me up to date with all issues.Regular inspections were made by the office and rental statement sent every month without fail. Would recommend them to my family and friends.Thank you again!

Very disappointed :(And very unprofessional, and I quote from an email from Julie, the owner of the business:'...You even gave Sharon instructions on how to break into your property which I have a copy of, maybe I could post that on Facebook so people know how to gain entry to your property...'Huh? How could a local business owner even say something like that?I had done some work on my property while it was not tenanted.When I finished the last night, I left the keys hidden at the property, as I did not have a property manger, returned to Melbourne and the next day called up a number of agents about managing the property for me. I chose Latrobe Properties because they seemed like a smaller group and may be better to deal with.I was wrong :(Sharon the property manager had difficulty finding the well hidden keys, that no one else knew about the keys. I had done all the work in the house, no one else needed to know about them.My wife did not even know where the keys were hidden.Sharon then loses my keys, which forces me to replace the new security door lock I had just replaced. Again.She did not even have the decency to get back to me, just played the waiting game hoping I would pay a locksmith to get in and change the lock.Despite the fact that they knew that things are tight financially for me, there was no care, no taking any responsibility, just adamantly stating that they will NOT pay for the house to be opened and the lock & keys replaced.Julie the owner utterly refuses to acknowledge that they lost the keys and utterly refuses to pay for fixing the problem they created. No locksmith, no lock, lost rent money(because it could have been rented by now, some months later), not even any apology from Julie - Latrobe Properties.I thought belonging to the REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria) meant something.I put trust in Latrobe Properties to perform a service that they said would be easy to do, but instead, I get a situation where they give me: lost keys; the financial burden to replace lock and keys; loss of of rent through their own negligence; and a mess to fix up. Which requires me to make more trips to Moe, and more lost time.No, I cannot recommend Latrobe Properties.

I rent through these guys! They've been absolutely amazing and more than fair, when I've had struggling weeks, they've been great, never ever made me feel awful, they just recognise that life sometimes throws unexpecteds at you! I can't speak more highly of them!

Possibly the longest wait time on a rental application you'll ever experience. 3 weeks after applying and after several emails requesting an inspection finally hear the property has already been claimed. Too busy playing games, do not recommend.

They have been fabulous for me! I have a fabulous little unit through them, they always get stiff fixed straight away... They've been absolutely fabulous to me and mine! Thanks guys!
