A refreshing experience compared with other Southern Highlands businesses. I was able to choose my tyres on their website beforehand, with all details, prices and costs clearly shown, and pay online. Nothing to pay on the day of the fitting. I found the staff at Jax Mittagong friendly and well organised and they had my car finished quickly. I'll certainly be coming back here next time I need tyres.

Replaced, balanced and matched 2 new front tyres on SLK 350 Mercedes at very good price. Wheel alignment and adjustment all round done quickly and efficiently. Handling and performance improved on car. Very happy with service.

Got here at 4pm (way before their closing time) to remedy a smoking engine so that I can make itto Sydney, only to be turned away to other shops without them wanting to so much as take a look. Told to come back 2 weeks later. To add insult to injury, the place was not busy at the time. No one in the right mind will wait 2 weeks to deal with a smoking engine. Steer clear of all these fake good reviews. What a joke of a business, its laughable
