Family run business with exceptional service and excellent range of products. I made a number of visits over the course of our renovation and Lyndon offered great advice and entertained my questions and always made time to explain the thinking behind various options of locks and mechanisms. I have worked with Terry from J James on a number of projects. She always goes above and beyond to help us source the right products. She always offers excellent suggestions that are well suited to our decorating style. The showroom has an excellent selection and if there is a product we are after that Terry doesn’t stock she has always been able to find it for us. We hope to do many more projects together.

Needed to repace a busted mortice lock.... Don't know how many decades old. But I wanted the exact thing. To save using the chisel and gap fill. Despite Zenith no longer making the lock, now Superior, J. James had my part.Bunnings, Fpah! Great shop
