Wish I had undertaken this process sooner. Not a one-size-fits all decluttering process: analogous to a real health change rather than a fad diet. I never once felt scolded or embarrassed, and my space has improved incrementally since the in-person visit.

Jennifer is a wise, experienced and capable coach who has helped me enormously since my husband died suddenly five years ago. She probes gently and kindly with questions to help figure out ways to make decisions that feel right. She is kind and generous with her time. Jenn guided me through some very difficult and overwhelming scenarios, her presence and assistance was so appreciated. Her coaching aided me to feel clearer and confident about making big changes and organising events including funeral arrangements. She helped with the overwhelm of clearing out Adrian’s work office, what to keep and what could be passed on to others. I highly value her insight and organisational strategies.
