Binet Constructions delivered several constructions projects for our Council and assisted numerous times to scope and quote for Federal and State funded grant applications. Their employees were always on time, professional, worked hard, and completed the projects to the agreed cost and quality as scheduled.

Binet Constructions has carried out remedial work on our building over the last couple of years during the stressful time of Covid-19 restrictions and extremely adverse weather conditions.Our Strata Committee has always used local tradespersons for maintenance work and Murray Binet, being a 3rd generation local builder and with considerable experience, was an obvious choice to carry out the complex work required on our building. After extensive investigation of the problems we had, and consultation with other professionals, Murray came up with a solution and quotation that we were happy to proceed with.Murray and his staff were highly professional and competent and at all times very considerate and respectful of the residents of the building. It is often very difficult to find willing builders/tradespeople to take the time and effort to assist in repairs/maintenance works on Strata buildings. As Licensee/Principal of Jetty Strata Management, I have often drawn on the knowledge of Murray (Greg back in the day) and the Binet Construction team on behalf of our Owners Corporations in relation to how we should tackle certain strata projects. Murray has always taken the time to answer my 'questions without notice' regardless of whether they were likely to be considered for the project or not. For this I/we are extremely grateful.
