Made an order before Christmas and was harassed by the company throughout the holiday period as payment had not gone through, which was due to an issue with Stripe on their end. I was called by the consultation who said the driver was complaining about the payment not being received by him however, received an email that there was an IT issue on their end and they were investigating, which affected multiple customers. I was advised not to worry as they would handle it. Later received a phone call asking why the driver had not received payment yet, and I quoted the email and forwarded it to them. Was told we will forward this to management but you will still have to pay".I used this service as I was in the midst of moving house and did not have a car."
