Purchased a voucher for a facial as a gift for someone. When she went to have this treatment - all of the imperfections in her skin were pointed out and the beauty technician went onto tell her about all of the expensive and lengthy services she could take up to help the 'problems'. I understand the need to upswell and attain repeat clientele but was intended as a relaxing pampering gift left her feeling bad and insecure about her skin. Really disappointed

This place is amazing. Beautiful space, lovely people and a plethora of services. My hot stone winter special with the wonderful Tracey has me floating on air hours later. The massage beds are especially comfortable. We shall definitely be back.

booked for 1hr massage for 2ppl. reception, environment and my experience has been lovely.however my boyfriend only received 40 min of massage. was left in room for 10 min at the start and finished 10 min prior (we arrived on the dot) without a good explanation. he had a wristwatch for time.having worked in the massage and beauty salon industry, timing is really where a lot of complaint and customer dissatisfaction comes from. as much as I'd believe my boyfriend's experience is unintentional, I do hope every customer gets the full experience that they deserve.
