I've been training at Fitness Energy for years, my husband trains there too and it's fantastic - a small boutique gym, no joining fees and lovely staff who are highly qualified. It's a very friendly and welcoming fitness studio for all age groups and abilities, everyone's welcome!

It’s a nice atmosphere every time I go and trainers and staff are all lovely. Training programs are well thought out so you get the most out of your preferences. Highly recommend for anyone looking to work on weight training or maintaining physical wellbeing in general!
