I have seen Alex a number of times over the years for everything from a sore neck, to whole-leg muscles spasms/cramps following a foot injury, to a very severe sprained ankle. I have never left a session with Alex without feeling immense physical relief of my symptoms and a sense of healing.Alex is very thorough in investigating the source of any complaint and also has given very useful advice of what activities/exercises will benefit me outside of the clinic.Alex is a very warm and friendly person and has always made me feel safe and heard when I see her. I highly recommend her services if there is anything in your body that is disrupting your day to day life - a little treatment can make a huge difference!

Honest, effective and friendly.The relief provided by Alex lasted amazingly longer than the last place I visited, and the process was much less painful too!Her waiting area is nice and organized, comfy couch with snacks and mints, with all required forms waiting along with a reminder of the start time.She patiently answered all of my questions, leaving me confident about my recovery process.Definitely my go-to for future issues, I'd highly recommend.

I highly recommend Alex at Back it up Osteopathy. She treated me during and after my pregnancy for pregnancy related aches and pains and I found her to be an absolute saviour.I have also had my 6 week old baby treated by her as she was very unsettled.Alex found that she was constipated and after some light massage (that my baby loved!) she became much more regular and in turn much more settled!Alex is lovely person and always make you feel comfortable.
