Not the best service. Staff need to be more aware of which customers have been waiting the longest. Young guy called Charlie needs to stop the bongs before he starts his shift also, its painful

Really bad service. Went there to get plain scones two days in a row and said they are not making them. It's a bakery for god sake. Wasn't asking for something spectacular. The lady smiled sarcastically and said we don't have them. Unbelievable.
