Drive through ordered 3 hot and crispy chicken which has recently been added to menu. Got to windows to pay and pick up and they obviously did not know what l had ordered. Then when l told them they said that is only to be added to a order not for individual sale. Told them l had purchased a few times at other stores and it on the list with other main items. Got no we are a franchise and may be different. LOL you are different your customer service and knowledge of product available is pathetic. Never agian which is a shame as l work around area. Went to fawkner no problems there.

This is the nearest to my home. I ordered A Double Tender and a chocolate mousse for pick up and by the time i walked there my order was ready. Easy peasy. Everything was good.

Went through Drive Thru and got a popcorn chicken maxi and large chips.Popcorn chicken was fresh which was good. Chips were also very good although I would've liked a bit more chicken salt. Drive thru line was a little long but not too bad.

I ordered 10 pcs wicket wings and a ginger box today through uber eats but they send just ginger burger. When i call kfc to ask for wicket wings the call receiver seemed talking like need to order again if i need it. And said uber eats will refund. And they can’t do anything. That’s too much as that’s their fault to not provide the order properly and they were saying may be uber eats lost it somewhere rather than checking in there restaurant.

Terrible customer serviceI had a promotion code for a free drink with my new order and showed them the screenshot of the code.They refused and said I must present the physical receipt. It was acceptble so far, but when I asked for a physical receipt for my current order they didn't provide it and refused to give the physical receipt. So if you don't provide a physical receipt to your customer, how do you expect them to show you a physical receipt??

Look at this absolutely disgusting food. Chips were super hot and silky it was microwaved I couldn't even touched it. The wings were so black I can even smell bad thing coming out of it. The burger paper had higher temperature than the actual butger itself. Never bying from this fifthly place again. Big disappointment

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a regular at this kfc and I was so very kind and asked if they could help me as the app was not working but Monica and Emma refused in a very rude way not to help me and didn’t give me any options. Very disappointed in their horrible customer service.

Went to get lunch i ordered a meal with an original recipe then pay extra $3 to throw in an extra original recipe. But surely i will understand if the meal original recipe is small but 2 small chickens? I paid $3 for a baby part?
