Hancock & Just Wheel Alignment Specialists

I have used Hancock and Just many times for wheel alignment and have always found them to be very helpful and competent. They have helped me to resolve issues with Fiat and Iveco vans that are poorly set up for adjustment to Australian roads, from manufacture.

On the 12/07/21 I took my Pajero GLX-R 2013 in for a wheel alignment and was told that it could not be done as the Upper control arm bushes and the rear axle radius bushes were too worn. I contacted my Mitsubishi Dealer and relayed what Hancocks had told me and they wanted to see it for themselves. They inspected the suspension and said to me that there was no play in the bushes.Later that day I received a quote from Hancoks and Just for just under $2000.00 to replace said worn bushes. As a consequence I had to get my tyre dealer to do a wheel alignment and double check the bushes and they to said they were fine also.My Pajero has only done 170,000 km and it would only have done about 500Km on four wheel drive tracks and according to two dealers it would have been extremely rare for the bushes to need replacing at the age and kilometres.If this is the quality of their work it raises serious questions about the technicians and their diagnostic abilities.

Had to drop in , and they got on to it straight away . Analysis of the problem with the truck & made a report for the company. You couldn't ask any more from them . Great work

We took our Toyota Coaster in for a wheel alignment at Handcock & Just and were called and told this couldn't be done because the front ball joints needed replacing first, which they said would cost around $2500. This made us a little skeptical because we'd just had our trusty mechanic on the Eyre Peninsula do a full overhaul on the bus the week prior, who said the only thing left to do was a wheel alignment. And we'd especially driven all the way to Adelaide to have this done.We got multiple quotes from other mechanics in Adelaide that were half the price for this job and we discussed with members on Toyota coaster forums who couldn't believe the price they had quoted. We decided to take it down the road to another specialist and get it looked over for a second opinion, who said the ball joints definitely didn't need to be replaced and wouldn't need to be done for a long time, they just needed to be greased and a wheel alignment was definitely needed. This experience caused unnecessary stress and we left feeling pretty deflated.As two young women entering a mechanic we've learnt the hard way to double and triple check quotes. Very disappointed in this service.

Needed an alignment on our caravan. These guys were very helpful and quick to get job done. We went for a coffee and about an hour or so later got the call to say it was done. Very reasonably priced as well.

Very nice staff, understanding, even though I did not get to use them, because my MH burnt to the ground. They were very supportive with follow up calls. Thank you for caring.

Stay clear from this mob 110 bucks for commo wheel alignment the steering wheel was sitin at 11 o'clock try telling me oh its ur bushings. Told em to do it again or want my cash back go someplace else ...Well what do u know
