Can’t speak to the quality of the food, which is the whole problem. Standing at the sandwich bar waiting to order a sandwich, there was a server making some pre mades. Another guy comes over with two other servers and all three serve this lovely chap while roundly ignoring me, who was there first. Two of them subsequently disappear and the one making the pre mades makes this lovely chap’s lunch. I left hungry and ignored. Way to make a customer feel valued.

Can’t stress enough how much I love the chicken skewers and spicy rice!It was to a point where I followed Urban Eatery on Instagram to check the daily menu and had been contacted to let me know when it’s available on the said day - went there today and a really lovely lady who I assume I’ve been interacting with via instagram told me she’d spoken to the chef and if I ever wanted this meal of chicken skewers and spicy rice, I’d just need to request it and he’d made it specifically for me which I cannot stress how much I appreciate the service at this joint!Keep it up guys. You deserve more than 5 stars!

Had lunch there today, it was perfect. Was going to get something made to order but couldn’t pass up the paella(?) with chorizo(?) and the carbonara pasta on the counter. Didn’t regret at all. Staff were great too!

Love the service, love the exciting a massive selection of food and coffee is on point! Gets really busy but wait time is minimal and heaps of parking and heaps of seating. 10/10!!

Had a chicken burger and it was cold. No idea how long it was sitting in the bain Marie. Suggest one ask for fresh cooked burgers. My friend ordered pasta and it was also cold.

It was amazing, our go-to place and now the quality dropped significantly. We were rudely confronted by the lady at the sandwich bar for not paying all the food - sorry mate, it was your staff putting in a wrong order, and got an attitude from her. I said it was alright, we'd top up the payment and she kept repeating loudly: No
