I tried to buy a property from other state , the local sales agent recommenced I found the lease agent . when I explored the Blights management team, and call the property manager directly , but the administration pick it up and let me wait long time to find the person.When I asked her to give me a rental price guide for the potential buying property , firstly she she said she ONLY give it to me when I purchased it.I never met this response before as an instate investor , how could they run the business like that?

Blights were the rental agents for a house I own. The tenant was very untidy, which the agents reported to me on every inspection, but they didn't do anything about it. The most confusing thing was when the tenant moved out the agent told me the tenant had left the keys on Tuesday, and she still had to do the move out inspection. The following Monday I went in for my keys. Only to be told the tenant had returned the keys on Friday and they had not had time to do the inspection. Tuesday or Friday? One of those was a bold-faced lie!
