Arc Yoga Townsville

I can't recommend Maria and Arc Yoga highly enough. Maria's passions and knowledge is second to none and I feel so much better, mentally and physically, having done a class. I have been practicing with Maria for over 2 years now, and in that time I have participated in group classes and private lessons. Maria has helped me become stronger, get me through my pregnancy (i practiced right up to the week before giving birth!) and helped me regain my strength post c-section.Added bonus is cuddles and assistance from the ever handsome Greville

Such a lovely little yoga studio and the instructor Maria is very friendly and funny.. Definitely an awesome place to go to for a beginners yoga class or to continue with your yoga classes. Highly recommend :)

Arc Yoga and in particular Maria are fantastic. I have been to yoga before and did not enjoy it. Arc Yoga beginners class has been so good for my daughter and I. I am more relaxed and feel fitter than ever and in only a month. I will definitely be coming to more classes. Thanks so much for a professional and enlightening centre.

Arc Yoga is an amazing yoga studio. The instructors are friendly, open, inspiring and knowledgeable. The team are very approachable if you have any questions or need any guidance.I have been taking the 5week beginners course and highly recommend it to anyone starting out with yoga or coming back from a break from classes. The course is well passed and set out in a way that not only helps you learn the poses and techniques but also educated you on how and why each pose it done correctly.Although this was not designed as pregnancy class, the course was able to be altered slightly to allow me to participate in every class. There was nothing too much to ask of the instructor (Maria), she is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure each client is comfortable and achieving their goals.

Lovely boutique studio! You get a good feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend the Wine & Painting event evenings as well!

Such wonderful and supportive teachers- I can guarantee a good experience! The studio has such a warm & relaxing feel to it. Have no hesitation in recommending Arc Yoga!!
