The best group training facility I have attended. The equipment is state of the art, and the trainers on hand are elite. They also offer one on one personal training if needed. Definitely recommend!

Love this gym! Very different from other functional gyms that I have seen as the range of equipment they have is amazing. I love the fact that they provide heavier weights that enable us to really push our boundaries. The cardio machines are amazing!! Whatever you need, F3 has it. You can’t forget about coach Sue! Her supportive and motivating nature ensures that I leave the classes knowing that I have pushed myself as hard as I could.
