Ochre Medical Centre Maleny

I feel safe and supported by my doctor at Orche Heath Maleny. I am fortunate to have been a patient of my doctor for over ten years. All doctors and staff are proficient and caring.Thank you for your services especially during this pandemic.

I was holidaying from Sydney and needed to see a GP. When I called the Maleny surgery, Jen answered the phone and was so friendly and accommodating. They gave me an appointment to which I was very grateful as we were approaching the weekend and needed to be seen before then.My experience at the surgery itself was just as wonderful as the call. The doctor was running right on time. I saw Dr Condon who was warm, friendly and instantly put me at ease. She was quick to diagnose what I had and what I needed. She was confident and explained everything to me about the next steps.I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you all for the service you provided and the positive interaction I experienced there.

I have only ever received the best treatment from the doctors and staff at Ochre Maleny. They are all professional, patient, polite and my doctor is proactive and takes extra efforts to make sure my medical needs are taken care of. Fabulous care.

Once again it took 6 weeks for an appointment to see my doctor. While I was there an elderly lady came in for her appointment only to find the doctor had gone home sick but no-one phoned her to let her know. And to make it worse the reception staff treated her very badly. They couldn’t offer her another doctor. Very upsetting. I personally am finding it very difficult to get an appointment to see anyone unless you wait weeks.

I have tried to booking for vaccine and the staff seems no clue about where and when can I get pfezier vaccine. Expected everyone have access or an app skills to do booking online.Absolutely no initiative and nor helpful at all. Jessica and Chelsea. You need to show some compassion to older patients. No point to be come a staff at medical Centre if you have no initiative and knowledge of vaccine information. Thank You very much for not helping us. Feels like talking to a concrete wall for sure

Dr Wish has excellent skills as a skin doctor he was very thorough in checks and removal of skin cancer…we are very very fortunate to have a doctor with this level of skill in Maleny. Thankyou for your service

We went to this practice after moving to the area. By far the best customer service- from Joel at the front desk to Dr Kruys and Dr Talisha. Only saw them a handful of times but the practice does not forget that patients are people and not just a number like other places. Thank you/ M & N

Great place ! Everyone is as helpful as they possibly can be.Reception staff are also really nice in what would be a difficult job at times I'm sure......Dr Christelle is tops, the other Drs and the Nurses we have seen there over time have all been fantastic.

I interviewed a doctor today at Ochre Medical Centre to establish if they would be suited to my individual needs. I was looking for a doctor that did not base their model of practice on a paternalistic viewpoint. I believe I found a great doctor at the OMC. The staff were very friendly and understanding of my complex needs. After researching this clinic and the required doctor I would recommend anyone seeking a New doctor in the area to get in touch with Ochre Medical Centre. I'm glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and believe I found the doctor suited to my requirements. I felt like I had a lot to lose, now I feel like I have a lot to gain. Thanx OMC. Namaste

I'm really happy with the service at Ochre health Maleny, the doctors are great, actually take the time to listen and are really caring. The staff, receptionist and nurses also very friendly. This place was recommended to me by various people when I was looking for a good practice and I can sure say it's above the standard I've experienced so far at different practises in Australia.
