Great customer service, wide product range, well priced!

Went to the store this morning. Great service provided by the staff named Sandeep. Had to buy few items and return some items and Sandeep very patiently assisted me with all my needs. Then while leaving I forgot my wallet on the counter and Sandeep even came out to my car to give me my wallet. Thank you Sandeep.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Paint Spot Hoppers Crossing. Yesterday, I received an invoice for an unauthorized purchase made on my account, and when I approached the store manager, I was told that there was nothing he could do about it. This is unacceptable! If someone uses my account to buy something without paying, that's theft, and it's a crime office. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the store just passed the invoice onto me, which is completely unfair. I am very angry about this experience and would caution anyone from using this store. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers is appalling. I urge Dulux to take this matter seriously and to take immediate steps to prevent this from happening again

I walked in and out of the store this morning within 10 minutes! I was immediately greeted by David and Arun who were more than happy to help me and give me advice. Visited this store on Monday 19th April 2021 and was served by Katelyn who I found fantastic to deal with. I had a fairly small job to repair in a rental we vacated and not knowing what I needed to do the job, she went over and beyond to help and advise me. I had the measurements of the small wall I had to paint and she gave me the exact amount of paint and tools I needed to do the job which worked out not expensive at all. She was very pleasant to deal with and we also chatted about other things. I feel she is an asset to this company and would definitely go back to the store as I found it more personal than the larger stores around town. Thanks Katelyn, you made the job so much easier.
