Efficient͏ and fantastic experienceI͏ recently sold a property with Kim. I found Kim overall to be quite outstanding. I had quite a tricky list of requirements with selling and Kim was able to accommodate all. Kim was efficient in selling my house, within 4 days of advertising. Kim was always extremely responsive to my calls and would continue fantastic communication with me in regards to any updates. I found Kim to be extremely honest in her approach to both myself and the buyer. Kim was extremely accommodating to my lifestyle of having young children and a partner who works away. She would always make sure I was comfortable with arrangements and offer to help me in any ways she could. I would use Kim any and every day to sell a property of mine. my experience was exceptional.

Kim's professional yet friendly personality persuaded me to go with her to sell my property and even though the original sale fell through she had me a new buyer the very next day. Kim's bubbly enthusiasm was always obvious and no questions I had were a problem for her.

Great͏ experienceKim and the team were great to deal with. Nothing seemed to be a hassle.After nearly 2 years with a big company silently on the market (admittedly wasn't ready to sell quiet that early) it went to contract with them late last year at the peak of the market, as the exclusive period end date approached it seemed they were just bringing anyone through to try and get a sale before the contracted end date even though they didn't suit the criteria to look through our home. After about 8 inspections not one offer or feedback. Poor communication after inspections, one inspection we waited nearly 2 hours before we got a text message to say we could come back when the kids needed to eat tea.The exclusive period finished in February, had 1 follow up phone call in April, and nothing since. Was a bit disappointed, it's almost like it was too hard for the other agent to sell.When we first met with Kim we floated a few ideas on value etc. She was confident it would move quickly even with our long requested settlement date. The first 2 enquires happend with in a fort night of it it hitting the market.Kim showed both parties through and had an offer from both parties with in a day from inspection.Phone call from Kim with 5 minutes to tell us we could return to the property.Overall great experience, Kim would be the first person we ring to sell again.

Brilliant!In͏ the process of selling our house, we contacted several agents to get an appraisal and to choose the right person/people to best benefit us. We had been recommended Kim, so we asked her to come and have a look. Kim's enthusiasm, kindness, professionalism, packages, appraisal and commission were all a standout. Within a few days, photos were taken and the house was listed shortly after. Kane took the lead and showed several people through our house, most of them putting in an offer. His efficiency, positivity, and incredible sales skills, gave us a wonderful result well above what we had imagined. This all happened in a week! Communication with Kim and the team was always positive and prompt, and I was amazed by the huge amount of after hours work they put in.
