I am so grateful I found this dry cleaner! I have been using them since moving to the Gold Coast about two years ago and I have some very special clothes that I am very protective of! I can trust them every time to take care of my things. To the point that something special (silk and cashmere) had a stain on it, of course it was on the white section! And I spoke with them about it and they did such a great job! It is now wearable again! They are just lovely to me every time I go in. Thank you to everyone there.

Dropped off my wedding gown to have it dry cleaned. Received 2 quotes- one from the counter girl, second from the manager. His was more expensive- and despite me saying I was first quoted $400 he insisted it must be $450 and a 2 month wait, plus I had to pay $200 deposit.The next day I realised that 2 months and $450 was considerably over priced and too long of a wait and I called up to let them know I would be picking up my dress, they immediately offered me a refund. On arrival to pick up my wedding gown, they informed me that ‘it has already been picked up’- turns out they had managed to give my dress to another bride. The counter lady came out and said to me -‘this is not a big deal, it’s all fine, your dress will be here soon’. 2 hours later I got a phone call to come back and pick up my dress. I was apologised to, and given an explanation as to how it occurred. I feel like it was handled fine, could have been a bit more caring and nurturing to the fact that I was standing there at the counter crying, rather than telling me that ‘it’s not a big deal’. I’ll certainly never take anything to Upton again but I did kind of think there might be some kind of compensation for mucking me around.. lesson learnt I guess!

I had a cream ladies tuxedo deluxe cleaned. I am extremely impressed with the result and would highly recommend Upton dry cleaners.

Not happy. I dropped 2 x pair of new suit pants in to simply be pressed and have the crease ironed out from the front of the pant to the side. One simple task, failed tragically. The one simple request couldn’t be fulfilled and the pants came back the exact same way. When one of these pair of pants was for my own wedding two days later, majorly disappointed.Wouldn’t use them again.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.After listening to my concerns about the cleaning of the interior lining of my leather jacket not being satisfactory, Marcus the General Manager of UPTON Dry Cleaners took it upon himself to personally re-clean the lining and had it back to me in 2 days looking very satisfactory. Now that’s customer service!
