Sculpt Neon Signs

Buy the sign. I was admittedly nervous going through their website, but bit the bullet and could not have been happier. The colors, fonts and sizes are all true to the images. The dimmer and lighting options are awesome, and it came packaged carefully and solidly. We went with the light blue and it is super bright at full-light. When they have a discount code (which they do often), the sign will be even cheaper. It’s totally worth it. Thrilled to get my next sign from them again.

We were given a gift card to Sculpt Neon signs from some friends as a gift for our new business venture. I went through the ordering process after providing our logo. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of ordering my neon signs from Sculpt! Really impressed with the quality of communication throughout the whole process. The quality of the sign is beyond expectation. Looking forward to ordering more signs with them.

First of all, their website is easy to navigate and create my custom sign. My sign arrived very well packaged without any damage. Gave this as a Christmas present, and my daughter loved it. Quality product. Plan to order another sign in the coming months.

I ordered a custom neon sign from these guys. I was advised to get it on time for 03/12 I would need to order express shipping which I did. After my order was placed, I was told it would not arrive on time and was offered the option to cancel which I took. The next day, after I had organised my plan b and paid for it, I get a message from the carrier saying it’s on its way? After I was told canceling was an option??I was then asked to cancel my plan b and assured I would have it by 03/12. Still no sign and no refund and it’s 06/12. Had I done this I would have been left empty handed.Questions in regards to in store pick were evaded constantly which I later found out was because they import signs. Communication was good when designing the order but it’s funny since agreeing to cancel and requesting a refund, I’ve just been stuffed around and emails haven’t been responded to since 02/12.I just want a refund!

WARNING! This business is a scam! They stopped replying as soon as the money left my account and after countless messages with no response I posted on their social media, they then replied and made up a story about a ’fire’ and said they would send my tracking number for delivery for this Saturday, after several follow up requests they sent my tracking number... The items had only just been sent and they are two weeks away even though I was promised delivery this weekend if I paid another $100. The business is in China, the postal address is not Australian like they market it to be.I have been trying to contact them for two days to get a refund and no Response. Every time I contact them or write on their social media they delete my comments and don’t reply and there is no sign of my sign or refund!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Spent £1200 on a sign they failed to tell me the sign would come in two parts with 2 separate power units however I could just about live with this. I paid £70 for two dimmer switches. They sent out the wrong ones twice. I sent them diagrams showing that I needed two switches as there is two power units and they eventually couldn’t be bothered Dealing with it so just completely ignored me this was now months ago. Their after care is shocking. I’m stuck with a 2 metre wide sign in my reception which I can’t use as it’s so bright. My advice is go elsewhere you will probably get a better price and they won’t ignore you as soon as you have parted with your hard earned cash.
