Really unprofessional in the way they treated me, they made me feel very guilty and disrespected and they also hassled me whilst at work when I can't answer my phone, I had to ask permission to reply to the constant texts and when I asked them what days I could bring it in they said none were available when I needed and so I said can I bring it in, in 2 weeks when I'm on school holidays, they then sent me a message threatening me with a fee if I didn't get the bike to them ASAP.I was always going to bring it in and they couldn't be understanding with a time that suited me plus the scooter was under 6000kms when I dropped it off and still they wouldn't let me wait until it was over 6000kms when it suited me. I also asked to top up oil in case it seized in order to protect the bike and they refused and once again used the contract against me and the fee.They will not help you in any way, as long as it's their way you won't get help or support. Really disappointing and also only gave me the bike straight away because my nationality is Polish so everyone else who was waiting had to wait longer because they are not Polish which is extrememly wrong and racist. So very very unprofessional. It will now take me over 2 hours to get to work and home via public transport.Really really RACIST! Difficult staff members who will not listen to you and also if you are telling the truth about everything they will cancel your contract and refuse to refund you. That's why I'm currently getting them investigated by the ACCC. Please go to a different rental company cause they will treat you poorly. 'We ride rentals' is much more affordable. I had to pay $160 a week for horrible customer service and they will not help you with roadside assistance. It's the male manager who is the racist so please be cautious!

Fantastic Experience & highly recommend these guys, it was easy to walk from the local train station (easy from Sydney airport too).I rented the BMW GS1250 for the week & headed down the south coast which was an absolute blast. These guys had me on the road quickly with a simple reservation system at a very competitive rate$. Thanks!

Excellent scooters for rent, the bike that I hired was maintained and in a perfect condition. The staff there is really helpful and friendly, they helped me with allthe information about the traffic in Sydney as it was my first time riding in the city. I am very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend them.

I have rented 2 times of 1 month rentals from here! Managed to do my L’s all the way to my P’s with these great bikes!The bikes were amazing - CB125E, CB300R and my last week of my second rental the MT03 (they were super thoughtful and knew I wanted to rent it and surprised me on my last week with it!)The service here is really amazing, the bikes are upkept very well, they run amazingly, the people that work there are super fun, attentive, thoughtful and really do their best which is amazing!Since I live overseas I come here to rent a bike for when I come to visit family,Ill see you next year ! Fantastic people. We hired one of there new 1250 gs bmw's for10 days riding the coast from Sydney and beyond Melbourne and back. Bike was faultless, price was fantastic and this rental company exceptional to deal with.Best experience I've had with hiring a bike. Highly recommend.

One of the best rental places I've ever experienced. We got set-up with a motorcycle for a week by Nia, she was amazing, super accommodating and the process was very fast. The whole staff is great, their prices are very competitive and the moto was in perfect condition. We had a great time and will be coming back again.

Wonderful experience with the Scootering team. We rented two Yamaha MT 03's for a week, and they were perfect for what we needed them for. We couldn't recommend anyone else to rent bikes from. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience.

Rented an MT-03 during my Ls and this place is absolutely value for money!If you are patient, and understand that they are super busy due to them being best value for money, as well as you competing with all kinds of food and other delivery services then you will be very happy.Book in advance and expect a great bike in perfect condition for a very very reasonable fee.Loss a single star due to them having a 30 day deposit return, this amount of time makes no sense to me as they receive, photograph and rent the bike off again in hours.Additionally my deposit took longer than this to return, therefore if this is a problem, do keep this in mind! enjoy!
