A very popular practise, I got through after the 5th time, lucky me.As long as you are calling to book a consultation, you are in good shape; its only when you ask any tricky questions that you will be labelled a troublemaker by reception.Best is to book it, then ask questions, like `Do you stock a specific type of medicine`, then cancel ahead of time, once they tell you `no`.
