Simple. Clean. Great appliances. Was my first time at a laundromat; it was a great experience with clear instructions and I'll definitely go back if my washing machine goes haywire again.

TL;DR - avoid.Despite being a relatively new establishment with new machines, the apps that you are asked to download & use don’t work - no free Wi-Fi as advised in the ecolaundry app & the Airwallet app doesn’t work to make payments. The ‘loyalty’ card is really an expensive prepayment card & you are charged a surcharge for using card payments. Tried to call customer service but they won’t speak to you, they only interact with you via sms - good luck to customers who don’t have an unlimited sms plan. Poor experience with broken promises - don’t bother paying their elevated prices.
